Silvano Bortolazzi was born in Genoa on November 13, 1975.

Italian poet, Knight of the Republic, patriotic.

Founder of the World Union of Poets.

Seven-time candidate for the Nobel Prize for literature and three times for the Nobel Peace Prize.
